Who I Am
I'm Arafat Eham, a Diploma Engineering student and web developer from Faridpur, Bangladesh. I work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python, mostly on projects I thought up myself and built from scratch. Some are live. Some are still a work in progress. None of them came from a tutorial I just copied and pasted.
Since May 2024, I've been volunteering with the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society in Faridpur, helping with youth programmes, community outreach, and disaster response coordination. It's not always exciting work, but it's real and it matters to people. In 2025, the Faridpur District Unit gave me the Best Volunteer award. I wasn't expecting it. I was just trying to be useful.
I want to end up in cybersecurity. That's the honest, unglamorous version of the plan. Every skill I pick up and every project I finish is quietly pointed in that direction, even when it doesn't look like it yet.

Most of my clients are in travel and tourism, which is a smaller niche than it sounds but keeps the work specific and the strategy honest. I handle everything from the initial plan to execution without outsourcing the thinking.

Volunteering with the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, Faridpur Unit since May 2024 — youth programmes, community outreach, and humanitarian response work. Named Best Volunteer 2025 at the Faridpur District Unit. Also certified in Basic First Aid and UDRT disaster response through BDRCS. Didn't get into this for recognition. It's just become part of the week.

For two years at Nikto IT, taught digital marketing to people starting from zero — Facebook Ads, SEO basics, and online strategy. Explaining something clearly to someone who doesn't know it yet is a different skill than just knowing it. Left a better communicator and, honestly, a better learner too.
